KEY POINTS:

• Had I not of referred to my boss as a stupid B, in a private conversation with another coworker who came into my office seeking my assistance, it is likely I could of collected unemployment for being unduly fired and likely I could of qualified for “OSHA whistle blower” protections.
• I was fired November 2006.
• In a very non-public way the cyclotron was decommissioned and the entire cyclotron department was let go, in less than 10 years after this incident.
• The remainder of CRS now resides off campus.
• The bid to remove the cyclotron from the University at Buffalo went online April of 2017.
